Delivery within Kigali: Shipping and assembly services within Kigali are free of charge.

Delivery outside Kigali: Shipping to locations outside Kigali is considered separately. Please contact our team for details regarding delivery arrangements outside the city limits.

2. SCHEDULING AND COMMUNICATION
After your purchase is completed, our customer service team will contact you by phone within 24 hours. We will arrange a mutual delivery and assembly schedule based on your availability.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery times vary depending on product availability:

In-Stock Products: Under normal conditions, delivery and assembly for items available in our Rwanda stocks are completed within 7 days of purchase.

Pre-Order & Non-Stock Items: For products not currently in stock or those with specific lead times indicated on the website (e.g., 4 months, 6 months), the stated dates shall apply. Once these items arrive at our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule the delivery.
