We have a 1-day return policy, meaning you have one day after receiving the item to request a return.

To return your item, it must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some product types cannot be returned; for example, perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), specialty items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns of products assembled by our technicians are also not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns about your product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return your existing product and make a separate purchase for the new product after the return is accepted.

1-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 1 day for any reason and without giving a reason. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as when it arrived: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
After we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any fees and bank fees incurred by the company for this transaction will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
