2. SCHEDULING AND COMMUNICATION
After your purchase is completed, our customer service team will contact you by phone within 24 hours. We will arrange a mutual delivery and assembly schedule based on your availability.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery times vary depending on product availability:

Pre-Order & Non-Stock Items: For products not currently in stock or those with specific lead times indicated on the website (e.g., 4 months, 6 months), the stated dates shall apply. Once these items arrive at our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule the delivery.

• Its special weave provides extra softness and a stylish appearance.
• It features a sisal and loop weave structure. Woven with gradient yarns, it offers soft color transitions.
• Due to the yarn content used, the dimensions of this product may vary between 1% and 5%. This variation is within the reference range.
