2. SCHEDULING AND COMMUNICATION
After your purchase is completed, our customer service team will contact you by phone within 24 hours. We will arrange a mutual delivery and assembly schedule based on your availability.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery times vary depending on product availability:

In-Stock Products: Under normal conditions, delivery and assembly for items available in our Rwanda stocks are completed within 7 days of purchase.

Pre-Order & Non-Stock Items: For products not currently in stock or those with specific lead times indicated on the website (e.g., 4 months, 6 months), the stated dates shall apply. Once these items arrive at our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule the delivery.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
• This collection offers an elegant visual with the use of multicolored yarns in selected patterns. Its anti-dust properties minimize dust generated by the yarn.
• Our product, with a 10 mm pile height, is made of 100% polyester yarn.
• The rug is overlocked on the long edges and fringed on the short edges.
• The Deco Alvin collection is made with a combination of sisal and pile. (Sisal: The surface consists of loops formed on one or more thick weft yarns. These thick weft yarns give the rug a raised appearance.)
• The Deco Alvin collection offers you the opportunity to use it in many areas of your home, such as living rooms, children's rooms, bedrooms, and entryways.
• Due to the yarn content used, the dimensions of this product may vary between 1% and 5%. This variation is within the reference range.
