2. SCHEDULING AND COMMUNICATION
After your purchase is completed, our customer service team will contact you by phone within 24 hours. We will arrange a mutual delivery and assembly schedule based on your availability.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery times vary depending on product availability:

In-Stock Products: Under normal conditions, delivery and assembly for items available in our Rwanda stocks are completed within 7 days of purchase.

Pre-Order & Non-Stock Items: For products not currently in stock or those with specific lead times indicated on the website (e.g., 4 months, 6 months), the stated dates shall apply. Once these items arrive at our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule the delivery.

DESCRIPTION
The Doqu Home Visco Aloe Vera Pillow provides orthopedic support for the head and neck with its viscoelastic (visco) filling, while its aloe vera-finished fabric aims to provide a skin-beneficial, hygienic, and comfortable sleeping environment.
Features
Material Structure: The pillow's inner filling is a blend of 50% shredded viscose and 50% shredded soft foam. The outer layer features a 0.7 cm or 1 cm viscose layer.
Aloe Vera-Finished Fabric: The outer cover is made of polyester knitted fabric with an aloe vera-infused finish. This feature helps accelerate skin renewal, maintain moisture balance, and provide a feeling of comfort during sleep.
Orthopedic Support: Thanks to Visco (memory foam) technology, the pillow conforms to body temperature and pressure, adapting to the shape of your head and neck, maintaining spinal alignment and reducing muscle tension and pain.
Hygiene and Care: The product has a zippered, easy-to-clean cover. The cover can be hand-washed or machine-washed at temperatures up to 30 degrees Celsius on a delicate cycle. However, bleaching, dry cleaning, or tumble drying is not recommended.
