2. SCHEDULING AND COMMUNICATION
After your purchase is completed, our customer service team will contact you by phone within 24 hours. We will arrange a mutual delivery and assembly schedule based on your availability.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery times vary depending on product availability:

In-Stock Products: Under normal conditions, delivery and assembly for items available in our Rwanda stocks are completed within 7 days of purchase.

Pre-Order & Non-Stock Items: For products not currently in stock or those with specific lead times indicated on the website (e.g., 4 months, 6 months), the stated dates shall apply. Once these items arrive at our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule the delivery.

DESCRIPTION
The Doqu Home Collagen Visco Pillow aims to provide a comfortable sleeping experience and skin care with its viscoelastic (visco) foam filling and collagen-infused outer fabric.
Features
Material Structure: The pillow's inner filling is a blend of visco foam and soft sponge granules, while the outer layer contains a 0.7 cm visco sheet.
Collagen Fabric: The outer cover is made of special collagen yarn that helps maintain the skin's moisture balance and promotes skin regeneration. Collagen particles are activated upon contact with the skin.
Orthopedic Support: The viscose filling molds to the shape of the head and neck, relieving pressure points, thus helping to alleviate neck and shoulder pain.
Hygiene: The zippered outer cover is easily removable and washable, ensuring hygienic use.
Size: The product is generally available in standard pillow sizes of 50 x 70 cm.
Care Instructions: The cover can be hand-washed or machine-washed at temperatures up to 30 degrees Celsius on a delicate cycle. However, ironing or tumble drying is not recommended.
